Biography

Mark Falango, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in helping people make positive changes to maintain their physical and emotional well-being.

Mr. Falango who had maintained a private psychotherapy practice in New York for nine years, established a practice in New Hope in 2003 and in Philadelphia in 2006. In addition to therapy he also offers personal and executive coaching to individuals who want assistance in achieving their personal or business goals.

Mr. Falango's career as a psychotherapist began in 1993 when he served as a staff therapist at Bronx Psychiatric Hospital. Following that he was a consultant with the Employee Assistance and Trauma Program of the NYC Emergency Medical Service providing clinical services to paramedics and EMTs suffering from critical incident stress and work and personal problems. For many years he served in senior clinical and consultative roles at Corporate Counseling Associates, a national human resources consulting firm.

He has also designed and delivered training programs on a wide range of work/life topics including stress management, conflict resolution, change management, emotional intelligence, and relationships. His corporate clients include UBS, The Guardian Life Insurance Company, Merrill Lynch, Lambda Legal, and TIAA-CREF. He is the Founding Director and Principal of MF GreenLight, a performance consulting firm.

Mr. Falango received his undergraduate degree from New York University, his Masters Degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and received post-graduate training at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York.
